|Recommended: YesGreat staff Horrible Parking. — The staff is really really friendly and get back to me quickly which I really appreciate. The only thing is there is absolutely no parking I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a pass and I’m not feeling hopeful I park about 8 minutes away every day and have to walk, which late at night doesn’t feel comfortable.
But other than parking I think it’s a great place to live. Clean, you can’t hear your neighbors which I like, and the staff is really great to work with.
|Recommended: YesRenter — Everything here is great. The carpet has some stains throughout the buildings which I feel could be cleaned. The biggest problem I have is the parking. I constantly see open parking spots in the promenade parking but yet they say that there is no parking passes. So I am having to park far away. I don’t understand the issue

|Recommended: YesLooking forward to living here — I was very impressed with the location and appearance of Promenade Place. The apartments were general in size, but I really appreciate the option for a private room that came with a good size closet.

|Recommended: YesLoving my first month here — I love the Promenade Place. Great residence, spacious housing, and lovely atmosphere Only real complaint is the trash can overflow way too fast and it gets all over the grass and streets pretty often.

How can you not have parking for all your tenants and then promise parking. you can get a spot when someone moves out or stops pay in other words you are not going to get a parking pass until next year sucker When there are constantly open parking spots in the open and underground parking its hard to believe there is a real parking waitlist and not some sort of shifty business or bad book keeping isn't happening
