I am a UVU student, so I park at the W1 parking overnight, but when I am around all day I park in the promenade parking. Would definitely recommend living here, I love it

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — It has a really nice interior, but some places like the walls looked a little stained in some places. Everything seems clean and it’s nice space wise. I have noticed that you can hear everything outside really clearly.

|Recommended: YesOverall pretty good — If you don’t get a parking pass asap there will be no parking for you. You’re car will get towed or booted and you have to pay a fine. There are tons of parking spots but somehow lots still don’t have one. Street parking is completely full. So you have to park super far away to be able to get home.
|Recommended: YesIt's an okay place — It's a good place if you're looking for a budget with a guaranteed private room and it is cheap. There's no pool, so that's sad. I would give it a better rating if they wouldn't just leave furniture out in the hallway for weeks on end. Also, they do work with you if you need to switch rooms because of bad roommates. They're friendly and helpful as they helped me move a mattress from one building to another. So I would say a 4 out of five stars.

|Recommended: YesGood complex. Bad parking situation — The only issue I have with Promenade is that there is such limited parking. The complex staff is nice and they do a good job, it’s just the parking and noise from other residents that would stop me from giving 5 starts. I really love that they are ESA friendly and they make that process pretty simple, so that’s great.
