|Recommended: YesNothing but good things to say — I moved here about a week ago, and have absolutely LOVED it I've never lived in an apartment complex that has taken care of me like this one has so far. The staff are so aware of their tenant's needs and will do everything they can to meet them. They have taken such great care of me The facility is also amazing It has plenty of parking, a wonderful hot tub, beautiful apartments, and so much more I would definitely recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesThanks — Moving in went really smoothly There was a slight problem with my key, but they quickly fixed that It’s a pretty nice apartment and I’m super excited to live here. The only thing I had a problem with was when I walked into my apartment it was really dirty and there was an old McDonald’s cup full of soda on the fridge and the floors were really gross. The counters and table weren’t clean either. But besides that everything was good
|Recommended: YesPromenade — People here are super friendly. So many people were jumping in asking if they could help me move my things in. So many people smiled and wished me a warm welcome I felt really happy to have people treat me so nicely.
|Recommended: YesPretty Good Experience — The apartment was in pretty good shape. Never had an issue. A plus for me was the location of where Promenade was located. Literally close to everything such as frontrunner bus, school, and grocery store. It was great I do question a few of the fees that we were charged every month. However, overall, I had a good experience living here.
