|Recommended: YesPretty good place to live — It's really nice to have private rooms and the kitchen and bathroom is pretty high quality. The in room washer and dryer is also really convenient. The room itself is kind of small, but not tiny, and it comes furnished which is nice. The parking situation is the biggest drawback. If you don't have a parking pass, you have to park in the neighborhood next door. It can end up being a pretty far walk and parking is really hard to find, there's even a chance you can't find any at all. If I were in the surrounding neighborhood I wouldn't be happy at all, the streets are always packed. However, this isn't uncommon in student housing so it could worth it in exchange for the nice apartment.
|Recommended: YesI love it here — For being new here to Utah and new to the college life, I honestly think this is the best place to live at. I feel very comfortable here. I never struggle to find parking which was a worry of mine. I love how it is right next to my school as well. Overall a great experience so far
|Recommended: YesThe property is great — The property staff are Excellent and the help you with everything you need. My only complaint is that the parking is very limited to get a parking pass as soon as you can.

|Recommended: YesI think that everything has been great — The only thing that was a not ideal, was the cleanliness of the inside of our apt, we had to clean little messes before we felt like we could move our stuff in.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice and Spacious — this place is very wide, capable for storing room and still being open. I love the elevator accessibility and also the option for taking the stairs. and it includes a laundry room is amazing to me.

Parking is a rough road but they're doing their best to accommodate everyone.
The buildings are super nice and quiet depending on which building and floor.
The quality of the buildings is state of the art.
Maintenance seems to be great. No problems.
Overall, fantastic.
|Recommended: YesMove in day — Its been a smooth transition. There is a lot of parking so you don't need to worry about not finding a space. My units AC has been out for days and its still not fixed. Maintenance said it would have already been fixed but it has not.
