|Recommended: YesAmazing Property Makes Me Feel At Home and Safe — Promenade Place is an absolutely amazing place to live. It is on an easy to access road, close to the main parts of Orem. It makes commute easy, it is right by the Orem Central Station and UVU. The living is comfortable, the staff is kind and knowledgable, and most of the people that live on the property are very kind and helpful. It comes with near everything you need and would want in an apartment, and more
|Recommended: YesIt's a great apartment complex that provides great quality and the staff is really helpful. — A place where you could be yourself because everyone is clean and they care about others. Great amenities and the rooms are good for students.
|Recommended: YesClean and modern apartments with great staff — I love the design of the apartment and buildings. I also love all of the amenities offered both inside of the apartment and at the clubhouse.
The downsides are that my room is pretty small, especially compared to the other three rooms in my apartment which are much larger. I also wish the lease agreement was enforced.
|Recommended: YesSuits my needs for when I'm around — Bedroom in the 4×2 is small, but I'm not home all that often so it suits my needs for sleeping and keeping my things. 24 7 hot tub is great, and helps for relaxation. Washer and dryer work in my apartment and it's been really nice as well. The new property manager has done a good job turning things around at the complex.

|Recommended: YesVery clean and well kept — it is a very nice and fun place to live. the contruction is a little annoying but that is not to big of a deal. I would reccomend this place
|Recommended: NoIt’s okay — It’s okay for my first apartment. The rooms are good size, the apartment is a good size. The only problems I had were getting help with rent, and utility type questions when I first moved in.
Sommer the new property manager is excellent and is very helpful and explained things better than what I was told before, she helped me feel at ease with what I was paying even though it was WAY more than what I was told when I signed . It’s super close to UVU, and has a nearby UTA TRAX station.
Sadly I won’t be renewing my lease with Promenade due to financial issues. It’s a good place to live, and you meet fun and interesting new people. I would recommend it if you could meet the price for rent.
