|Recommended: NoNice apartments that aren’t taken care of. — The apartments themselves seem nice but they appear to have been allowed to be trashed. The neighbors can also be very noisy. There is very limited parking and a long waitlist to get a pass. I moved in to an apartment where the previous residents had been evicted and the apartment had tobacco stains everywhere and damage to all the furniture and just about every wall and door.

|Recommended: YesBetter than my last place — The overall construction and layout is very clean and modern, I like it. My apartment wasn’t very clean before I moved in. If you don’t have a parking pass parking will be a nightmare. But the people are friendly, the lady I talked to in the office when I was checking in was very helpful. We still haven’t received our request for another desk and chair set, and that was like a week ago. But overall everything is working and it’s nice and spacious.

We do work through a parking audit every other month and have found that January and February are typically months where we see a lot of turn around in parking passes. |Recommended: NoTerrible management, but comfortable living. — Its a decent place and area to live, however the amenities are subpar, parking is very limited and not nearly enough for the tenants that live here. Management takes forever to respond and often does not even respond unless you go during the office hours which most timess are closed . Do not misunderstand, the front receptionists are nice when they're there but most do not know what they are taking about and NEVER. ANSWER. THE. PHONE. The layout is nice and its an easy way to live but still feels alittle overpriced for utilities. Like 520 one month that was promised to not be more than 480... really Yeah, not my most favorite apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesA very good apartment — I definitely have a few qualms but who wouldn’t, you’re living in a very well priced apartment complex so a few things are bound to happen. Unless you have a parking pass or live in building one or two you have a five minute walk in the freezing cold to get to your apartment. This is just frustrating, but not the absolute worst. I do have a singing neighbor but I have only heard him once and I don’t really mind cause if I had music playing it would be unnoticed. I really do like this place in the short time that I’ve been there and all the tenants I have met have been incredibly kind.
