|Recommended: YesPretty sweet place — Great place with good floor plans. Internet is kind of sketchy, but there is an ethernet connection in every room that works well. You do have to have a parking pass and there is a waitlist, but their is a neighborhood that everyone parks in and it's about a 3 minute walk. Maintenance is always timely and good. Cleaning checks are required, but they aren't a pain. The floor plan is great and I like living on the west side of the freeway, there is a lot less noise. Front runner station is close and there are several UVX stops around. Overall, good place.

With parking, like most student housing in the area, parking is limited but we have noticed that our waitlist has been seeing movement quite a bit recently. We anticipate seeing quite a bit more movement next month as well. We will keep you up to date as soon as you are at the top of the list for parking. |Recommended: YesNot the best, but better than most — My experience at this complex has been decent, but I have definitely had my fair share of problems. The apartment I moved into was fairly dirty and in poor condition, with many things left behind by the previous tenants. My roommates have also been less than nice as most of them have been extremely dirty and never clean up after themselves, but, I still enjoy living here. The private rooms are nice, the cost is fairly cheap and affordable, especially for college, the apartment comes with its own washer dryer, and its close to the frontrunner station and the college. Overall, not the best experience in some regards, but still half decent living if your looking for a private room and adequate living conditions.

|Recommended: NoNot worth it — I felt good coming to this complex, then I moved in. My roommate got COVID and decided to stay in the living room to share it with us all. When looking for guidance, I contacted the office which didn't get back to me for two weeks until I already had COVID and the issue was neglected. The office doesn't help, too many young students who don't really care. The elevator was broken for forever and didn't get fixed until wayyyy later. The running rate for whatever deal you get on the apartment is usually 100 more. Overall this apartment isn't worth it and I wouldn't ever go back, or recommend it to a friend.

COVID has brought on unprecedented concerns and we have done our very best to handle any and all concerns. We strive to do better in the future and have new policies and procedures to handle future concerns and have adapted as the circumstances have changed. With the elevator, we were awaiting a part from the elevator company and while there was a rush on the part, we did not have much control of how quickly that part could be installed. We appreciate your patience and the patience of all our residents during that time. |Recommended: YesReally nice and well kept — So far it has been good, and everything is very good quality at least from what I have seen my first week here, but the parking situation is extremely frustrating for somewhere this nice.
Hey Gwyneth! Thank you so much for your honest feedback. With student housing, parking is a common issue. We are able to accommodate about 75% of our residents and actually have seen quite a turn around in January during our audit of parking. |Recommended: NoNice apartments that aren’t taken care of. — The apartments themselves seem nice but they appear to have been allowed to be trashed. The neighbors can also be very noisy. There is very limited parking and a long waitlist to get a pass. I moved in to an apartment where the previous residents had been evicted and the apartment had tobacco stains everywhere and damage to all the furniture and just about every wall and door.

|Recommended: YesBetter than my last place — The overall construction and layout is very clean and modern, I like it. My apartment wasn’t very clean before I moved in. If you don’t have a parking pass parking will be a nightmare. But the people are friendly, the lady I talked to in the office when I was checking in was very helpful. We still haven’t received our request for another desk and chair set, and that was like a week ago. But overall everything is working and it’s nice and spacious.
